This charming two-piece pirate hat suit is made of 100% New Zealand thick wool handmade by Nepalese. The cap and eye mask are lined with soft cotton cloth to prevent itching. (Because even pirates have sensitive skin!)

Nepali felt is considered to be among the finest in the world. Using only soap and water, and employing ancient felting techniques, New Zealand wool is dyed, cut and sewn to create this heirloom quality dress-up set.

Produced by a small family-owned business, the workers, primarily women, are paid a living wage and work under pleasant conditions. No child labor is used. The factory is inspected several times during each production cycle to insure quality and verify that Fair Trade policies are adhered to.
